Congratulations on making the decision to be present for a pivotal shift in the meaning of life as we know it. Although the state of the world appears very unbalanced right now, there is nothing to be concerned about. Everything is going to be OK. Life is not always going to be like this. The world is not falling apart; it is in transition. When an entire system is in chaos, it is actually quite exciting news. This indicates that a major life cycle is completing, so something totally new can begin. Life is about growth and eternal flow. We are always changing; nothing ever stays the same. The confusion and disorder we witness and experience today are clear signs that the foundation of one paradigm of existence is being cracked open to make way for fresh ideas to come through. Out of chaos comes every state of new order. This is the circle of life.
Entering a world in chaos is a unique experience. It is a phase of total destruction and also rebirth. Our function being here now is not to observe the end of this reality or try to prevent it. As the most intelligent species on the planet, the purpose of being human at a time of global transformation is to actively participate in what happens next. We are here for the end of one era and are responsible for the renaissance of life as we currently know it. Our job is both creative and mandatory, for life on Earth cannot evolve until we begin making new decisions. We possess not only a free will, but also the power of a dominant influence. We are the alpha species. What humans collectively decide to call true shapes the reality that is generated for all.
Most have forgotten that we all intentionally and excitedly chose to come here during this cycle of change to inaugurate a new golden-age society— celebrating the beauty of being human in all its forms. We came to make this diametric shift, yet very few receive instruction today in how to operate as an empowered human. The intention of this book is to offer a reminder of who we really are, provide guidance to navigate the massive transformations before us with greater ease, and give direction to step into our evolutionary role as the cause of a terrestrial Paradise to form.

THE BEAUTY OF BEING HUMAN
If you have a sense that there is more to life than this experience, you are correct. We live in a duality: a reality based on contrasts. Planet Earth is a highly complex system of energy currently comprised of two polar opposite frequencies; we know them as Love and fear. Love is an infinitely expansive vibration, and fear moves in the other direction into contraction. As humans, we have the freedom to align with either side of the spectrum to generate our experience of life on Earth. Neither extreme is right nor wrong, yet each will produce a radically different expression of our creative power. Duality is designed to be our playground where nothing is off limits. Living on Earth, we can be optimistic about our future or assume the worst; our glass may be seen as half-empty with nothing more to come, or half-full and always being replenished. Good people may turn to the dark side, the deprived can achieve great abundance, and the ignorant and unenlightened have the means to discover and embody eternal Truth. Any apparent failure or success we encounter does not dictate our final destiny. Everything can change in an instant. As the dominant influence over the direction of this entire planetary system, we can collectively make life on Earth as harmonious or discordant as we desire. The remote control of reality is in our hands at all times. With our power, every state is available for us to explore. Energy is plastic and responds to our direction by design. There is nothing about a world in chaos to be afraid of. It is a sign that everything is ready to switch over. Since we are already living in a fear-based reality, Love is where we are headed next. In a duality, there are only two options.
LOVE IS THE SWEET SPOT
Although some of our great literary giants have claimed that Love makes us blind, it’s actually the opposite. Love is the only energy that encourages the discovery of who we truly are. Love can feel like home as a human because this is where we come from. Our first tangible connection to Life begins in the heart. Every human body begins with the first cell of the physical heart. It is the original point of contact where the eternal energy that we truly are steps down its massive vibration to a rate slow enough to generate a form. The heart is the energetic umbilical cord to Creation that is never cut. It is the gateway to our multi-dimensional Self. The physical body is what many think of as being human, yet the matter is but one aspect of the entire bundle of energy that it represents. There are infinite frequencies that continue beyond this form, moving at such a high velocity that we can’t see them. A human being is an active hub of energies that bridges all dimensions. Our network coverage extends throughout all of Creation, and in Love, we are directly connected to every part of it.
When the portal of the heart is open and unobstructed, it becomes a superhighway carrying essential knowledge and information. Love is how we access our highest wisdom and can operate from a mind fully empowered by it. Love turns us on to ourselves. When the heart is open, a human being is online and connected to the unified field. Our eternal conversation with Life resumes; all questions can be answered and guidance received from every corner of the cosmos. The energy of Love is like an intergalactic reunion we have with all of Creation. Being “in Love” feels quite amazing as a Human. The encouragement we receive when the heart is open is an unmistakable sensation. This is Life’s incentive for us to remain in this empowered state.
LOVE TRANSFORMS OUR EXPRESSION
Many have written and observed that “the eyes are windows to the Soul.” In Love, a human is not only a reflection of the Soul, it also becomes a physical embodiment of Its limitless wisdom, experience, knowledge, and beauty. The Soul is the keeper of our cosmic records, an energetic scrapbook containing every choice we have ever made, every action taken, and all lessons learned. In the high frequency of Love, we have access to all of it.
What was once referred to as “junk DNA” will one day be renamed as our “treasure chest” of Soul experience, that is ready and available for us to leverage in this world at any time. This is the seat of our power. With only 8% of our genetic code currently expressing1, the possibilities of who we become when the high vibe of Love awakens the other 92% are extensive.
Love is the energy that nourishes all to develop into their highest potential and provides the ideal circumstances in which it can mature. Love’s radiance transmits an invitation to fearlessly open up and drop all resistance to change. Love is like the warm afternoon sun shining on a tightly closed bud, coaxing it to unfold and expose the beauty that lies within. The flower does not create its beauty. The flower is not even aware it is beautiful. Yet, it obligingly responds to Love’s irresistible call to show the world the full extent of all that it is.
The more we place our awareness on the Love side of this dual spectrum, the more we will discover that magic occurs. Proactively focusing on the heart, raising our frequency into Love and merging with the vibration of the Soul places us in a state of Peace.

WHAT IS PEACE?
We may think of Peace as a tranquil and undisturbed realm, one with not a lot of movement—the perfect occasion to relax and take a nap. We may not realize that Peace is the energetic state in which we can make our most significant contribution to Life. Peace is an energy of incubation, a cause of transformation without limitation. It is a frequency that enables perfect exchange without resistance, reduction, or distortion. Everything expands and nothing declines under the influence of Peace, for It sponsors the perfect unfoldment of all potential. Peace is the ultimate greenhouse of fertility where all buds open and bear fruit. It sponsors high-performance activity where all are not only aware of their cosmic wisdom, talents, and experience, all are also motivated, guided, and resourced to be in action as this elevated expression. Peace enables Life to exhibit Its greatest diversity and evolve at Its highest velocity.
Life on a planet at Peace is like going to a potluck party every day, where each person cooks from recipes they receive from the Soul. In Peace, we each become master chefs guided by ancient expertise. Cooking from the heart always makes everything taste better, so we enjoy sampling each other’s original work. The infinite variety of options available from all that we create means that every dish we try will not be appreciated in the same way, but it is the vibration of care, craft, and the intention to offer one’s best that feeds us. In Peace, we delight in offering our best, so this is what we receive from others. We joyfully feed, knowing we also will be fed.
PARADISE IS A STATE OF CONSCIOUSNESS
As the leaders of evolution on this planet, we invite this system to be at Peace by witnessing and adopting our demonstration of it. When we are at Peace, we naturally offer each other the best of what we give to ourselves. Love unifies our vision, so there are no breaks in the link between you and me, us or them. Peace demonstrates how a virtuous cycle operates. The full benefits are reaped when everyone is fully engaged. When an entire group is simultaneously receiving and offering their Soul-best, we witness how the Love and abundance of one is magically transformed into an opulence that is available for all.
Paradise is not only the idea of a lush tropical island or some heavenly place we may go when we leave this body. It begins as a vortex of never-ending energetic expansion before It takes any specific form. As a human, being in Paradise is the awareness of all that you eternally are, and the fulfillment of being in action as this. We do not have to wait until we drop this physical body to enter Paradise, we have the mission to begin one right here in this life. With our power of influence and free choice, we have the ability to become the cause of Peace on Earth and generate a new world that mirrors our inner state.

IN FEAR WE EXPERIENCE THE ABSENCE OF LOVE
Being on the other side of duality, fear shifts our experience of life accordingly. Though the infinity of Love will show us all that we are, in fear, we have no idea where we come from or how we ended up on this planet. When we move into contracted, dense frequencies, we lose all our reference points. The heart will close tightly, blocking access to our cosmic wisdom. Living in a perpetual state of fear, we suffer from a form of amnesia. All memory of how Life operates and our connection to each other will appear lost. Fear shrinks our awareness, hides our power, and leaves us in the dark. At a point, our focus can narrow so tightly that we only believe what the physical eyes can prove to be real and nothing more.
In fear, we look directly into the eyes of Medusa, and our freedom of choice turns to stone. We freeze on the spot like deer in headlights—in shock from all the perverse sights that are generated when Love is absent, and totally unprepared to respond to them. Love will never leave us; however, in our catatonic state, we are not able to move around to see, or even feel for It. In fear, the power of our cosmic connection appears to shrivel before our eyes. All that we are able to process is what is directly in front of us, so this is what we call true. In fear, we operate with limited information and move through life with tunnel vision.
A CLOSED HEART IS THE SOURCE OF ALL IMBALANCES
When we are aligned with fear, we will have the sense that something huge is missing inside, as if we have lost a part of ourselves. Without the awareness of our infinite abundance, we can begin to question whether we have any inherent value at all. Fear can trigger feelings of inadequacy and abandonment. Because we feel a vacancy inside, our focus will shift to the external world, seeking any way to compensate for what we believe we lack. Fear will cause us to look outside for what can only be found within. Life in fear will fail to satisfy because all our energy is consumed trying to find the power of Love in all the wrong places.
While Love will give us everything and never stop, fear will only take. As human embodiments of fear, our collective contributions to this world do not promote a virtuous cycle that enables everyone to continuously move ahead. In fear, we become selfish, grasping to acquire everything we can lay our hands on and offering as little as possible in return. Fear gives rise to a type of reality where every man, woman, and child must look out for themselves. Evolution becomes a game of survival of the fittest, where many will lose so that the few lucky winners can take all. Fear does not inspire us to connect and collaborate with Life; we are motivated to conquer It and claim a personal victory or surrender and concede defeat. Rather than being the cause of a Paradise to form, in fear, we turn the playground potential of our duality into a battleground realm of ruthless competition.
FEAR STAGNATES EVOLUTION
A world in chaos is our cue to release this reality and begin our journey of transformation into Love, but from a limited perspective, chaos is viewed as a nuisance and is best avoided. Fear tells us that stability is how we overcome the impermanence of life. The demons we know are better than what could be lurking in the shadows, so we don’t take any unnecessary risks. The world already appears so unpredictable. Why add fuel to the fire and exacerbate our situation? Fear insists that anything outside of our comfort zone will be worse than where we already are, so we are motivated to stay in it. A mind in survival mode discourages making bold moves.
Fear will lie to us and say that it’s normal to feel empty inside and that the purpose of life is to fill ourselves up. So, we try everything we can think of to fill the gap. We use most of our energy finding ways to work around the lack and compensate for the limitations we feel in this paradigm, but very rarely do we choose to transcend it altogether. In fear, we are so fixated on surviving life that few ever awaken to the realization that we have the power to completely reinvent it. Like a dark cloud of dense interference hanging over us, fear is our kryptonite and renders us ignorant of our eternal identity and immense power.
THE PARADOX OF OUR EVOLUTION IS TO REMEMBER ALL THAT FEAR CAUSES US TO FORGET
It would appear that we are caught in a catch-22 situation. With so few speaking of the unlimited potential we have as Soul-inspired humans or how exciting it is that we have this golden opportunity to custom-create our own Paradise reality, what makes any of us stop and consider that the chaos in the world could actually be good news and that the massive transformation it generates could actually lead to something better?
Our evolutionary function now is to make a 180-degree turn and head in the other direction, but fear appears to have us under a spell that life is a one-way street. Only we can change our minds, step into our power, and decide to see more of life, but fear has us operating from a mind that is averse to making any radical moves. When a narrowly focused mind tells you that this is all there is to life, how do you remember that you have the power to override this perspective and choose to see more? What will remind us that we are always holding the remote control and can change our reality at will? When our focus moves to the fear side of duality and the heart closes to enable an experience of being disempowered, how do we remember to re-open the heart and turn ourselves back on when our adventure in the shadows is complete?
The chaos we are experiencing now, inside and out, is the hallmark of the end of a contracted era and the invitation to discover who we become in the expansion of Love. The highest potential of this human life is to lead the way into a new and elevated future, yet the vast majority of us appear to be unaware, unprepared, and uninterested in making such a journey. Living in fear, we can forget our real purpose and miss our evolutionary cue to make the move into Love.
